Employee Spotlight: Meet Greg!

Share:

Meet Greg

He’s one of our longest-standing and hardest-working team members, quietly working long hours to ensure drawings and projects are completed on time – you could call him the unsung hero of the drawing department! But more than that, Greg has stepped up as a key member of our culture community, spearheads PDC Golf Tourneys and shows up daily with a professional and friendly demeanor. He’s also recently taken on new responsibilities and a new project management role! Meet our fantastic Project Manager, Greg Zak!

Below, learn more about Greg from those who work with him most!

According to Shenelle Jardine, our Service and Production Manager, “Greg is someone who is able to juggle so many different tasks in a way not many people can. Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a positive can-do attitude every step of the way. You want to know the timeline for a project? Greg will find it. You have a question about drawings? Greg will get you the answer. You need images to ship with an order? Greg will QC them and have them ready. Is the candy bowl empty? Greg’s on it. But Greg’s expertise doesn’t end there. He can often be overheard talking sports and giving fantasy team advice as well. PDC is lucky to have him not only helping to keep projects moving, but also building camaraderie.”

According to Alyssa Bendtsen, Compliance Manager, “Greg is an integral part of PDC and is truly an asset to the team… he is always willing to lend a hand or help with a job. But the best part about Greg, is no matter what he is working on, he will always greet you with a smile! I truly enjoy working with him and look forward to many more Wednesday chats and company outings. Thanks for all you do, Greg!”

Last, but not least, according to Jim Maslowski, PDC President, “In every successful organization there are employees who personify the building blocks of the company. These individuals are the ones who show up every day as if it were their first day of work, bringing their best, day in and day out. At PDC, we are lucky to have a large contingent of these dedicated colleagues. Greg Zak is one of these priceless contributors. Greg has recently agreed to accept new responsibilities at the company and is managing the preparation of our installation drawings for electronic products. We are presently working with Greg to define the scope and refine the role. He is off to a fast start helping to identify improvements that will help us keep pace with our growing volumes. Good things come to those who wait, is a widely quoted phrase. Greg exemplifies the benefits of this life philosophy in many ways. Thank you, Greg.”

Now, on to a few more fun facts about Greg!
