She’s been a staple of PDC for as long as many of us can remember – warmly greeting guests and new employees, helping with accounting, medical questions, office tasks and supplies, tasty lunches, fresh coffee, raffles, modeling in PDC productions, questions of all kinds – and all of the unsung tasks that keep our office running smoothly! And when in need of a break or encouragement, she’s always been available to listen and to trade stories and reviews of favorite shows!
Meet Debbie, our fantastic Administrative Manager of 21 years, who’s retiring from PDC to begin new adventures, in a much-deserved warmer climate!
According to PDC President Jim Maslowski, “Debbie joined PDC 21 years ago. She came to us from a tenant and took on the responsibility to manage our real estate, greet our customers and support our CFO managing the office. She transitioned acceptingly as the company changed over 21 years. When we needed help to steady the ship, Debbie was there. She was timely and timeless. Traits hard to find these days. Twenty-one years ago, Debbie saw an opportunity here and made it her own. Today, she embarks on another opportunity to make it her own. We lose a loyal employee and gain another friend in sunny Arizona. Does anyone know if her new house has a pool?”
And according to Greg Zak, Architectural Designer, “Debbie has always been the CENTRAL figure at PDC. If there was ever a question that you needed answered…she was the person you turned to first. If she did not have the answer, she would research the question and find the appropriate answer for you. She was the GLUE that kept PDC running smoothly and will be DEEPLY missed as a co-worker and a friend! Best of luck in your next phase of life!”
Thank you, Debbie, for all of your years of dedicated, caring work and all that you brought to PDC with your hard work and caring nature. You will be missed, but we wish you all of the best on your new adventures!
