I have 30 years of experience in healthcare.

Education:

Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA Health Care Administration/Management

Military Service:

United States Navy
Served in Operation Just Cause and Operation Desert Storm
United States Naval Academy
Chief Radiology Officer for the Brigade of Midshipmen in Annapolis, MD

What brought you to PDC?

I came to PDC because the company isn’t just building imaging solutions—it’s reshaping the standard for what healthcare facilities expect. The level of design, code compliance, and reliability is unmatched. I wanted to be part of a team that leads the industry rather than reacts to it.

Why did you choose a career in patient experience?

I have always felt that the patient experience is directly linked to healing and better outcomes for patients.

What is your favorite part of your job, and or favorite part of helping customers?

My favorite part of helping customers is building real relationships. I enjoy earning trust, understanding their challenges, and becoming the person they can call when they need clarity or a solution. Knowing they feel supported, and that I played a part in making their job easier means a lot to me.

What is one of your proudest moments (professional and or personal)?

The birth of my children.

How do you envision the future of healthcare?

The future of healthcare is all about flexibility, solutions that adapt quickly, meet code, and integrate advanced technology. With PDC’s engineering and design standards, I think we’re helping shape a future where facilities don’t just react to needs, they’re prepared for them.

What do you wish customers knew about PDC, that they might not know?

What I wish customers knew is how much we prioritize making their lives easier. PDC solutions are designed to eliminate the uncertainty and stress associated with temporary or non-compliant spaces. We think ahead so they don’t have to, providing peace of mind and predictable outcomes every time.

Describe your ideal patient experience suite:

I am fond of a suite with site-built colored lighting, a beautiful Illuminated Image Ceiling® and MRI in-bore viewing.

What do you like to do when not at work?

I enjoy boating, swimming, hunting, coaching youth sports and spending time with family and friends.

What is your favorite restaurant?

Eddie Martini’s – best steak around, in my opinion.

What is your favorite TV show?

Landman, Tulsa King, The Chicago PD and Med Shows.

What is an unusual fact you’d like to share?

I’m a NEW GRANDPA and Love it!

I love creating and building relationships and doing something good in the world.
