Disposable Fill Line

PDC's Disposable Fill Lines are manufactured to be installed into the AFL1000 Aseptic Filler. The Disposable Fill Lines are manufactured from USP Class VI materials and are gamma irradiated prior to delivery. The disposable fill line prevents cross contamination and eliminates the need for CIP-SIP cleaning.

Custom Tube Sealers

The PDC TS90 Tube Sealer is one of the fastest tube sealers on the market for polypropylene and C-Flex™ tubing. It can seal most tube sizes (empty or liquid-filled) in less than 60 seconds. The TS90 can be integrated into existing automated assemblies or simply purchased as a stand-alone unit.

Custom Bag Fillers

PDC can build fillers for any type of IV bag and can accommodate any type of port design. Our fillers can be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic, depending on your needs, and can fill from 500 to 3000 bags per hour. We can custom-engineer our software and our easy-to-use touch-screen controls to meet your requirements. We can also integrate any style of volume control (Mass Flow, Peristaltic, Volumetric) with our filling systems. All of our fillers operate in Class 100 HEPA environments and are fully CIP/SIP compatible.
